Actual Fiction Lab is an initiative within Actual Fiction, a hybrid studio working across creative strategy and content creation. It develops alternative near-future narratives as structured thinking tools for the present.

Most scenarios are set three to ten years ahead and grounded in emerging signals. They are not forecasts. They are constructed worlds designed to test assumptions, surface tensions, and explore implications. You can engage with them as finished stories or use them as prompts to build your own.
